Ingrédients pour 4 personnes :
- 200g de mochigome (=riz gluant sucré)
- 400g d'ogura-an (=haricots sucrés en boîte)
Préparation :
1>> Faites tremper le riz dans une jatte remplie d'eau froide pendant un minimum de 12h, puis égouttez le dans une passoire.
2>> Versez 5cm d'eau dans le fond d'une marmitte à vapeur. Mettez en place le compartiment perforé et tapissez-le d'un linge propre. Etalez le riz sur ce linge et couvrez. Faites cuire, sur feu moyen, pendant 30mn à partir de l'ébulition: les grains doivent s'écraser sous le doit.
3>> Transférez le riz dans une jatte et versez dessus 20 cl d'eau chaude. Couvrez et laissez reposer pendant 20mn, jusqu'à ce que les grains aient absorber tout le liquide. Laissez le riz refroidir pendant 20mn, après l'avoir envelopper dans in linge pour l'empêcher de durcir.
4>> Humectze vos mains, puis, avec vos doigt, façonnez le riz en petits cylindres de 5cm de longueur.
5>> Mettez l'ogura-an dans une autre jatte et malaxez le légèrement à l'aide d'une spatule en bois. Prélevez une première cuillérée à soupe de la pâte obtenue et étalez-lz sur la paume humide de votre main.
6>> Posez dessus un cylindre de riz, puis recouvrez d'une seconde cuillérée de pâte de haricots rouge de façon à recouvrir entièrement le cylindre de riz. faire ainsi pour toutes les autres boulette. Disposez les sur une feuille de bananier (épiceries exotique) pour faire en plus "vrai"!!et accompagnez de thé vert^^
